Zana is contributing to the wider tech community and takes to the stage at events related to Digital Transformation and AI, Cyber Security, Sustainability and Women’s Leadership.
At Singapore’s Asia Tech, she moderated the Cyber Security panel. At London Tech Week’s AI Summit, she led a discussion on AI biases and prejudices. She also spoke and moderated at New York’s AI Summit, addressing AI’s industry impact and Women Leadership in a changing world.
At the event in Iceland, Zana discussed Women in Innovation and sustainability on a global stage following receiving an honorary award for Women in Innovation and Tech.
As CEO of Emrys – Technology & Consulting, which provides expertise across all facets of Innovative Tech for growing businesses, Zana continues on her determined journey in the ever-evolving world of technology.
A vocal champion of the use of technology to create new opportunities for women, Zana is a founder of TechWomen4Boards, leads the WIT interest group at EWOB, as the Advisory Board Director for WIT® Croatia and she is an Angel Investor to small businesses.
As a Corporate Governance Diploma Holder and ex-President of the Supervisory Board at SGS, Zana mentors executives via various platforms such as Connectd for the advisory board positions.
Recently pointed, Advisory Board Member for AI 2030, an AI community of subject matter experts raising awareness of responsible AI and the impact on the industries, communities and the need for governance.
A strong networker, Zana sits on the Advisory Board for Finance and Fintech Group, IoD London and belong to the prestigious City Livery Club.
Zana have been delighted to receive awards such as the Women in Leadership scholarship from the prestigious École des Ponts Paris and EADA Business School, Barcelona, where she completed a dual Executive MBA.
Zana hopes to inspire other women to enter the field of STEM, and to continue to grow and develop at all stages of their careers.
