Our Mission
Our mission is to remove barriers and expand access to senior-level, board, and founder-led opportunities for women in the technology sector. We support female founders by providing access to our Founders Hub—a dedicated ecosystem offering strategic guidance, mentorship, peer networks, and pathways to investment.
Alongside this, we create and disseminate leadership and governance opportunities, deliver tailored mentorship and board-readiness programmes, and provide leadership education designed to accelerate the growth of capable women.
