Our Story
Tech Women 4 Boards was created after we noticed a pattern across the technology industry: women were building companies, leading innovation, and driving change—yet they were still underrepresented in boardrooms, investment circles, and senior leadership spaces.
This wasn’t a confidence or capability issue. It was an access issue.
Too many talented women were progressing without the same sponsorship, networks, or funding pathways available to others. At the same time, organisations were missing out on the value of diverse leadership and inclusive governance.
That’s why we built Tech Women 4 Boards—to create a strong ecosystem where female founders and corporate leaders are supported, connected, and positioned to lead. Through our Founders Hub, mentorship, leadership development programmes, and board-readiness education, we help women accelerate into influential roles.
Each year, we bring our community together through our Gala Dinner to celebrate achievements, recognise excellence through awards, and present certificates to programme graduates, including our Board Readiness Programme certified by EADA Business School.

Our Mission
Our mission is to remove barriers and expand access to founder-led, senior leadership, and board opportunities for women in the technology sector. We support female founders through our Founders Hub—an ecosystem providing strategic guidance, mentorship, peer networks, and pathways to investment.
Alongside this, we connect women to governance and leadership opportunities, deliver tailored mentorship and board-readiness programmes, and provide leadership education designed to accelerate career progression. By supporting both founders and corporate leaders, we help build a more inclusive, dynamic, and resilient technology industry.
