Each mentorship cohort is shaped around attendee priorities, creating a collaborative space for learning, growth, and shared challenges. Popular topics include personal branding, strategic networking, executive presence, and building a board-ready portfolio. Attendees gain practical insights to expand their influence, strengthen relationships, and prepare for leadership, board, and advisory opportunities.
TechWomen4Boards believes that group mentorship is a powerful way to accelerate leadership growth by harnessing the collective knowledge and experiences of peers. In a collaborative environment, participants gain diverse perspectives, learn from real-world challenges, and practice influence and problem-solving together.
Sometimes the next step in your career doesn’t require another course. It requires the right conversation.
A different perspective. A question you haven’t considered. Someone who has already navigated the challenge you’re facing.
TechWomen4Boards Group Mentorship brings women together in focused online groups to learn from experienced mentors – and from each other.
Each session combines practical experience, open discussion and individual perspectives, creating a space where you can challenge your thinking, build confidence and leave with something you can apply.
Three pathways. Different challenges. One shared ambition.
Our Group Mentorship is built around three core areas, reflecting the conversations and challenges most relevant to our network: Leading with Power, Presence and Coaching; Driving Market Impact; From Visibility to the Boardroom.
Leadership today requires more than expertise. It requires influence, confidence and the ability to lead yourself and others effectively.
Turning expertise, ideas or innovation into market impact requires more than a good product or strategy.
Being visible is only the beginning. The real question is how you turn your experience, reputation and relationships into your next opportunity.
Every group is different. While our three pathways provide the framework, the conversation can adapt to the needs and ambitions of the women participating.
The areas most frequently explored include negotiation, networking, personal growth strategy, personal branding, influence, leadership presence, strategy and portfolio board building.
You may come with a specific challenge. Another participant may bring a completely different perspective. That is where the value lies.
Learn from experience. Learn from each other.
Each topic is delivered in a focused 1.5-hour online session by an experienced mentor, drawing on their own leadership, executive, entrepreneurial or board experience. These are not simply presentations or webinars. They are opportunities to ask questions, share experiences, challenge assumptions and explore how the learning applies to your own situation.
And often, the most valuable insight comes from another woman in the room who has faced – or is facing – something similar.
All Group Mentorship sessions are delivered online, making them accessible to women across the TechWomen4Boards international network.
Our community brings together women from different countries, industries and leadership backgrounds. That diversity matters. A challenge may look different across markets, but the underlying questions around leadership, influence, visibility, growth and opportunity are often remarkably similar.
You are not simply learning from the mentor. You are learning from the room – and the room can be global.
Through the experience, you can:
Group Mentorship complements our wider development programmes, including Female Founders Fast Track, Executive Development for Global Effectiveness (EDGE) and the Board Readiness Programme. Each has a different purpose. Our programmes provide structured learning, frameworks and development.
Mentorship gives you the space to apply that thinking to your own journey.
It is where you can pause, ask the difficult question, test an idea, learn from experience and work out what comes next.
The value is not only in the 1.5 hours. It is in the perspective you gain, the confidence you build, the relationships you develop and the conversations that may continue long after the session ends. Because within TechWomen4Boards, your network is part of your development.
