Sabika Ishaq is the Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Information Security at Grant Thornton, bringing over 15 years of cross-industry experience, including her tenure at the United Nations. A dedicated cybersecurity leader and strategist, she has played a pivotal role in transformative security initiatives, shaping resilient and forward-thinking security frameworks.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Sabika is a passionate advocate for diversity in cybersecurity. As the President of Women4Cyber Luxembourg and chapter lead of EWOB, she actively fosters inclusion and representation, driving impactful change across Luxembourg and beyond. Through her leadership, she has championed initiatives that empower professionals, mentor emerging talent, and promote cybersecurity awareness on a global scale.
Sabika holds a Master’s degree in Information Security and Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, equipping her with a strong academic foundation to complement her industry expertise.
