Roxana Cristiana Nistor is a high-achieving entrepreneur and executive with a profound expertise in digital branding, public relations, and marketing. As the Finance Director and Business Development Executive at DAS Integrators, a public safety, engineering and telecommunications company in Colorado, USA Roxana has not only driven significant business growth but her work also earned her the prestigious title of Women in Construction Colorado 2022. Her entrepreneurial acumen led to the founding of Thinkstor Global Strategies, a company born out of a mission to address the challenging statistics facing entrepreneurs, particularly the fact that 50% don’t survive past five years and 90% of women-owned businesses never reach six figures in revenue annually. 

Through Thinkstor Global Strategies, Roxana offers global coaching to entrepreneurs and small business owners, equipping them with the tools to streamline operations and achieve sustainable growth through the implementation of cohesive metrics and systems across all departments. Recognizing the critical role of digital branding in today’s marketplace, Roxana emphasizes the importance of a strategic PR and marketing approach, which not only elevates brand visibility but also fortifies the long-term success of any business.

In April 2023, Roxana further expanded her business portfolio. In addition to her company and full-time job, she founded a third company specializing in marketing and digital products, in collaboration with Vectolis, proving her commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions that drive brand recognition and consumer engagement.

Beyond her business endeavors, Roxana’s commitment to community and social responsibility is evident in her role as Board Director and Secretary General of the Romanian American Freedom Alliance (RAFA). Through RAFA, she spearheads cultural initiatives aimed at supporting children and families in need in her native country, Romania, reflecting her dedication to philanthropy and service.
