Pamela is a global business and marketing leader with 20+ years of experience driving digital transformation, innovation, and sustainable growth across consumer goods, tech, and start-ups. She spent 14 years at Coty Inc., leading global sales and marketing across 25+ brands in 40+ countries, and served as Global Chief Digital Officer for its luxury division. At Salesforce, she was Global Consumer Goods Industry Advisor, helping shape strategy and launch Consumer Goods Cloud in EMEA. Pamela is also a founder, impact investor, and startup advisor with Techstars Sustainability Paris, mentoring purpose-driven ventures on go-to-market and digital growth. She is pursuing a Master’s in Sustainability at the University of Cambridge, deepening her commitment to building businesses that deliver long-term value for people, planet, and profit.
