I’ve built my career around one consistent theme: turning complex industrial and business challenges into measurable outcomes by connecting engineering depth, commercial leadership, and technology-driven change. With a foundation in Chemical Engineering and nearly two decades in industrial technology and value-led transformation, I’ve worked across multiple geographies and roles—from hands-on control systems leadership to enterprise business development and, today, leading business value consulting across EMEA.
My journey began in the world where transformation becomes real: operations and engineering execution. In my early years, I worked in control systems roles, progressing from Control Systems Sales Engineer to Team Leader, Control Systems at Genel Sistem Dizaynı A.Ş. That experience grounded my leadership style in practical impact: reliability, safety, and performance are not abstract concepts in industry—they define whether plants run, people stay safe, and businesses deliver.
To broaden that technical foundation with strong commercial and strategic capability, I complemented my engineering education with a Diploma in Global Marketing and Business Management, then stepped into increasingly customer-facing, growth-oriented roles. At Honeywell, I moved through positions that expanded both scope and complexity—serving industrial clients in Türkiye, then taking on regional responsibilities in the UAE, and later leading initiatives across Central Europe & DACH to develop cloud-based business. These years shaped my ability to translate between executive priorities and on-the-ground realities—aligning stakeholders, building trust, and driving adoption in environments where change must be justified, governed, and proven.
Today, I serve as Business Value Consulting, EMEA Regional Leader at AVEVA, based in London. In this role, my purpose is to help industrial organizations move beyond “digitalization for its own sake” and instead adopt industrial intelligence that improves performance in ways leadership teams can stand behind: higher productivity, better decision-making, stronger operational resilience, and progress toward a more sustainable future. I lead with a value-first mindset—starting with the business problem, clarifying the value at stake, and connecting it to the capabilities, data, and ways of working required to deliver results.
What makes this mission deeply personal to me is that industry sits at the heart of society’s biggest challenges: energy transition, resource efficiency, safety, and sustainable growth. I believe women in technology have a unique opportunity—and responsibility—to shape this future. Not simply by “participating” in transformation, but by leading it with credibility across engineering, business, and technology. My career has been a deliberate effort to be that bridge: someone who can speak the language of plant operations, enterprise stakeholders, and digital strategy—while keeping the focus on outcomes that matter.
My leadership philosophy is simple:
That is why I measure success not by launches, but by adoption and impact. I focus on clarity: defining the baseline, aligning on the value case, building momentum through tangible wins, and helping teams sustain the change long after the initial program ends.
As I look forward, my ambition is to continue expanding the impact of industrial intelligence across EMEA—helping organizations modernize responsibly, deliver measurable value, and contribute to a more sustainable future. I want my story to represent what is possible when a woman combines engineering rigor, commercial leadership, and technology strategy into one outcome-driven career: progress that is practical, scalable, and lasting.
