Women Leader. Entrepreneur. Technology Innovator.

My story began in a pharmacy, where I witnessed how fragile life can be. A single error could alter everything. That became my compass: to harness technology not as a symbol of progress, but as a shield for humanity.

From Saudi Arabia’s first centralized robotic pharmacy system to national platforms like Marasad, NPHIES, and the National Drug Dictionary, my mission has remained constant: to turn complexity into clarity and challenges into opportunities.

True transformation is never just about machines or data. It is about aligning policymakers, clinicians, and engineers behind a vision that dares to reimagine care. It is about persistence through resistance — proving that innovation is not cold or mechanical, but profoundly human.

As one of the first Saudi women in this space, I came to realize that every success was more than personal achievement — it was a responsibility. A responsibility to widen the path, to mentor others, and to show that their voices and visions belong in shaping the future.

Today, inspired by Saudi Vision 2030, I no longer see my work as simply change management. It is future-building: creating systems that anticipate needs before they arise, where opportunity is not bound by gender or geography, and where technology always serves one higher purpose — humanity first.
