Being selected as a finalist for a Transformation Leadership award is both an honour and an opportunity to reflect on what transformation means to me.

My career has taken me from consultant to global leader within the Salesforce ecosystem, allowing me to support organisations through growth, innovation, and change. Along the way, I have seen first-hand the impact technology can have on people and businesses. Yet one belief has remained constant throughout my journey: meaningful transformation starts and ends with people.

The most meaningful part of my career has been creating opportunities for others to grow, connect and succeed. Whether through mentoring, supporting Women in Tech initiatives, developing future talent, or helping teams navigate change, I am passionate about helping people find their voice, build meaningful connections and unlock opportunities they may not have thought possible.

This belief extends beyond the workplace. One of the initiatives closest to my heart is co-founding Punjabiforce, a community built around connection, shared values, and representation. Alongside the many communities I am privileged to be part of, it reflects my belief that leadership is not defined by a title, but by the positive impact we create and the opportunities we open for others.

For me, transformation leadership is about bringing people together, creating a sense of belonging, and helping others navigate change with confidence. Technology, innovation, and strategy all play an important role, but lasting transformation happens when people feel connected to the journey and empowered to contribute to it. As leaders, our role is not only to drive change, but to ensure others have the opportunity to grow alongside it.

Being recognised as a finalist is incredibly meaningful and reinforces my commitment to supporting others and contributing to positive change within our organisations, our industry and our wider communities.

I am proud to be part of a network of inspiring women who are helping shape the future of leadership, and I look forward to continuing to contribute, champion new opportunities, and create lasting impact wherever the journey leads.
