By Celine Mallet
Celine has dedicated over 17 years to cybersecurity, driven by a clear belief: protecting people and organisations in an increasingly digital world is one of the most critical challenges our society faces. For her, cybersecurity is not just a profession, it is a purpose. She has built her career around ensuring that the voices of those working to protect, educate, and defend are heard above the noise.
Early in she served as Head of Marketing at CybSafe, where she helped champion a behaviour-led approach to security. This early experience shaped her conviction that cybersecurity must go beyond technology to truly be effective.
She has since built a broad and impactful career across leading global vendors such as Cisco and Tyco, as well as key distributors like Exclusive Networks, where she supported major vendors including Fortinet. This breadth has given her a deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and the pivotal role the channel plays in delivering meaningful security outcomes.
A long-standing advocate for women in the channel, she has consistently worked to create greater visibility and opportunity for underrepresented voices in the industry. Her leadership journey began early and has evolved into her current role as Marketing Director at Redflags, where she continues to elevate the human aspect of cybersecurity and ensure it is recognised as a critical component of resilience.
Beyond her professional role, she is deeply committed to mentoring and advocacy. Through GTIA, she actively mentors others in the industry, sharing her experience and supporting the next generation of talent. She is also an active supporter of initiatives such as Women in CyberSecurity and “she can code” helping to uplift and empower more women to build successful careers in the field.
Her leadership is defined by both impact and intent: a commitment to strengthening cybersecurity not only through technology, but through people: ensuring that the voices of those working to make a positive difference are heard, valued, and amplified.
In a world shaped by increasingly advanced technology, she stands for the importance of staying human and as a woman in cybersecurity, she is proud to help lead that change.
