Monica provides strategic support to customers as they look to open source and adopt open hybrid cloud technologies to drive business transformation initiatives. Monica’s focus areas are digital transformation, operational resilience and compliant infrastructure.
Monica has a background in wealth & asset management and has worked for prestigious organisations on a global scale – from Nationwide and Barclays to Coutts and Deutsche Bank, and has spent most of her career delivering regulatory and digital transformation initiatives on a global scale at financial services firms.
Monica joined Red Hat from Deutsche Bank Wealth Management, where she was a Director and acted as Deputy Global Head of Regulatory & Risk Change and the Global Head of Prospecting Strategy & Client Experience. At Deutsche, Monica delivered MiFID II globally for Wealth management, as well as PSD2 and GDPR.
In her spare time, Monica works with female entrepreneurs and helps encourage more girls to participate in sports – she is the past Honorary Treasurer and Corporate Social Responsibility Champion for the University Women’s Club, London is a Girl Guides leader, a STEM-ette mentor, is the Global Chairwoman for Red Hat’s Women Leadership Community and is the EMEA BankingTech FinTech Futures Woman in IT of the year for 2024.
