Recognising women leaders who have driven significant organisational or industry-wide change through innovation, strategy or policy.

Criteria: Impact of Leadership Initiatives

  • Number of transformative projects/policies successfully implemented.
  • Employee engagement scores before and after changes.
  • Operational efficiency improvements (e.g., X% cost savings, Y% process improvement).

Criteria: Innovation Adoption & Business Growth

  • Number of new strategies or innovations implemented.
  • Revenue growth percentage or increased market share resulting from changes.
  • Number of employees trained in new methodologies/processes.

Criteria: Industry Influence & Recognition 

  • Number of speaking engagements at industry events.
  • Media coverage and thought leadership (published articles, interviews).

Recognition from industry peers (awards, endorsements, rankings).

Rising Talent

Recognising emerging leaders showing great potential and making significant contributions to their organisations or industry.

Criteria: Career Growth & Achievements

  • Number of promotions or leadership roles attained within a defined period.
  • Percentage increase in team performance under her leadership.
  • Successful completion of high-impact projects within the organisation.

Criteria: Contribution to Business Success

  • Revenue growth or efficiency improvements in her area of responsibility.
  • Number of innovative solutions implemented and adopted.
  • Improvement in key business performance indicators (e.g., sales, customer satisfaction).

Criteria: Recognition & Professional Development

  • Participation in leadership development programs and certifications obtained.
  • Awards, scholarships, or recognitions received.

Number of industry panels, forums, or networking events participated in.

Governance Excellence

Honouring women who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, governance and strategic oversight as board directors, driving sustainable growth and positive impact in their organisations.

Criteria: Governance & Strategic Impact

  • Number of boards served on and governance policies influenced.
  • Improvement in organisational financial performance under her board leadership.
  • Number of risk mitigation strategies successfully implemented.

Criteria: ESG & Sustainability Leadership

  • Percentage improvement in ESG compliance scores.
  • Sustainability initiatives implemented at board level.
  • Number of organisations influenced in adopting ethical governance.

Criteria: Influence & Board Leadership

  • Number of mentorship programs for aspiring board members initiated.
  • Increase in diversity metrics within the board and executive leadership.
  • Industry recognitions, awards, or honorary board memberships.
Policy and Advocacy Impact

Celebrating women executives who champion diversity, mentorship and policy changes in their fields.

Criteria: Policy & Regulatory Impact

  • Number of policy changes influenced or driven at the organisational or governmental level.
  • Legislative contributions or advocacy campaigns led.
  • Increase in corporate policy compliance scores (e.g., DEI, sustainability).

Criteria: Diversity & Inclusion Impact

  • Percentage increase in female/minority representation in leadership.
  • Number of mentorship programs initiated and participants impacted.
  • Retention and promotion rates of underrepresented groups within the organisation.

Criteria: Public Engagement & Awareness

  • Number of media engagements, public appearances, or articles published.
  • Participation in global/regional advocacy events (e.g., UN, WEF, government panels).
  • Growth in social media engagement advocating for change.
Visionary Executive

KPIs

  1. Strategic Vision & Execution
    Demonstrates the ability to define and successfully implement a clear, forward-looking strategy that drives sustainable organisational growth or transformation.
  2. Industry Influence & Market Impact
    Shapes industry direction through innovation, thought leadership, or market disruption, with measurable impact on sector trends, standards, or competitive positioning.
  3. Leadership & Organisational Transformation
    Leads high-performing organisations through complex change, fostering inclusive cultures, strong governance, and long-term value creation.

Please note that this award is open for applications until the end of April 2026. Up to five candidates will be considered for the Honorary Awards and will be carefully selected by the TechWomen4Boards Committee. The awards will be presented at our Black Tie Gala Dinner.

One of the committee members will contact the selected candidates to inform about the awards and to confirm that the candidate is able to attend the Awards Night/Gala Dinner.

For the shortlisted candidate, getting the award is subject to attending.
