Ratul Ahmed
Ratul Ahmed, Managing Director, is former Global Head of Model Risk Management & Validation at Commerzbank AG, where she spent close to 25 years across market risk, model risk, AI governance, and most recently a move into first-line Corporate Lending leading RWA optimisation and green infrastructure. Her career has followed a consistent thread: she moves toward the hardest problem in the room rather than staying inside a fixed job title, having built senior track records at both Commerzbank in Frankfurt, London, and Nordea in Copenhagen.
Beyond her executive career, Ratul is a certified commercial mediator, founded WiTNESS, a network supporting women in tech through empowerment, scholarship and solidarity, and serves as a trustee of the Frankfurt International School. A World Meet medallist in formation skydiving with roughly 4,000 jumps, she brings the same discipline to the boardroom that competitive judgment demands in the air.
Veronica Hull
Veronica is an award-winning transformational leader with over 20 years of extensive experience driving impactful change within the airline industry. A member of the TechWomen4Boards board, she leverages her expertise in Aviation & Transformation to guide participants in mastering influential leadership and strategic decision-making for the E.D.G.E. Executive Development program.
Drawing on executive roles at Vueling Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, and British Airways, Veronica brings proven negotiation skills, having defined distribution and payments strategies and negotiated complex commercial agreements. Her expertise in strategy and data is supported by her history of leading large-scale enterprise transformation projects, including digital transformations and cloud migrations. She has established and led PMOs and oversaw commercial strategies. A SAFe 4 Agilist, she also successfully led organizational restructuring during the COVID-19 crisis, demonstrating decisive leadership and strategic execution in high-pressure environments. Veronica currently serves on the ‘Women in Aviation & Aerospace Charter’ board.
