Alexander Hartmann

Alexander Hartmann is a China-based entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience managing complex international supply chains and cross-border operations between China and Western markets. As a Venture Partner at Loyal VC, Alex advises founders on internationalization, supply chain strategy, and scaling across Asia. He also supports Western companies in navigating their supply chain risks and exposure in the region. Alex founded a non-profit in Shanghai supporting pediatric burn survivors and is an avid ultrarunner. He holds a Master in Social Innovation from Cambridge, an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD, and a Master in International Business Administration from FAU/EM Lyon.
