Priya Guliani is CEO of EarthID, a multi‑award‑winning privacy-preserving digital identity and trust platform that enables organisations to verify people and credentials securely, without repeatedly collecting and storing sensitive personal data. She is a published author, and international speaker, recognised as Innovate Finance’s Women in FinTech Standout 45. Priya has received awards including Blockchain for Good (Entrepreneur Media), Women TechEU, and PhenomenalSHE by INBA, and is regularly featured among leading women innovators in deep tech and digital identity.

Shubhang Goyal

Shubhang Goyal is multi award-winning senior Data & AI professional and Microsoft MVP with a career spanning across Fortune 500 , FTSE 100 to AI startups. With a decade of experience across data analytics, data science, data strategy, and AI, she specializes in leveraging algorithms to extract insights, surface patterns, and decode human language in complex datasets. She currently serves as a senior analyst at a leading FTSE 100 financial services and insurance firm in the UK. Previously, she led high-impact AI and data initiatives at ICS AI Ltd, delivering cutting-edge technology to the UK public sector. She holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and an MSc in Business Analytics from the University of Bath. An international speaker, Shubhangi has delivered talks in 14 countries across the globe. She leads the London Chapter of Women in Data, championing the next generation of women in tech, and co-founded Builders Foundry.

Ina Jovicic

Ina Jovicic is a founder and CEO of eNOugh building the eNO badge, a mini AI bodyguard for personal safety. She has raised over 3M dollars in the US, got selected for Forbes 30 under 30, featured in BBC, London Standard or Daily Mail but also selected as the UK’s Fifty Inspiring Women in Tech 2025. 

Gary Parker

Gary is a London-based consultant with 20 years’ experience. He has been involved in the running and management of a range of businesses, including companies involved in training, event management, consultancy, nutrition and wellbeing, retail, education and business support sectors.

Gary has developed and delivered fundraising and grant writing training for many businesses and social enterprises. He regularly writes funding proposals for businesses, local authorities, social enterprises, universities and colleges.

Currently Fundraising Consultant at TechWomen4Boards, he is a member of the Institute of Fundraising and previously a visiting lecturer / research associate at the University of Lancashire.

She combines her corporate governance expertise with deep experience in digital transformation, cyber resilience, and human capital strategy, enabling organisations to align innovation with ethical leadership and board-level oversight.

Yvonne is an accomplished Business Change Expert and the author of two respected books on change management: Cracking the Change Management Code and Managing Change: The Science of Happy Endings. She currently serves as Chair of the Finance and FinTech Group at the Institute of Directors (IoD) and is a strong advocate for women in Finance and Technology. With over 20 years’ experience delivering and supporting international programmes, business transformations, and organisational change, Yvonne has worked with leading global organisations including Credit Suisse, Unilever, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, Travelex, Clifford Chance, BP, Schroders, and PwC and has also supported start-ups as NED.

Yvonne is deeply passionate about enabling transformational change both in organisations and individuals. Her mentoring and coaching background includes:
