Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our MBA Mentorship Program as Volunteer Mentors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to give back to the business community by supporting the development of future leaders. Mentors will provide guidance, advice, and industry insights to MBA students as they navigate the program, their careers, and entrepreneurial aspirations.
Responsibilities:
- Offer personalized mentorship to MBA students, focusing on career development, leadership, and business strategy.
- Share industry insights and provide practical advice on real-world challenges.
- Support students in refining their professional goals, business ideas, and decision-making skills.
- Foster meaningful relationships that contribute to the growth and development of future leaders.
- Provide feedback on student projects, case studies, and presentations where applicable.
- Attend occasional networking events or virtual meetings to engage with the university’s wider MBA community.
What You Bring:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in a business-related field (preferably at a senior management or executive level).
- An MBA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for guiding and mentoring emerging business leaders.
- Knowledge of current trends and challenges in global business and entrepreneurship.
