I didn’t plan to be in tech. I rolled the dice—literally—to decide what to study at university. It landed on engineering, and I went with it. That randomness shaped the early part of my career too: I switched jobs without much strategy, chasing curiosity more than clarity. I was a consultant, a programmer, a deployer, a researcher, a product developer—I was even in sales for a while!

Each role taught me something new, but none felt like home until I realized I was drawn to the crossroads between technology and people. That’s where I felt most alive—translating complexity into connection, and systems into stories. I found joy in building not just products, but relationships. In leading teams, not just projects.

As I grew into leadership, I discovered something even more powerful: my voice. I saw how my story—messy, nonlinear, deeply human—resonated with other women. I started sharing it, not just to inspire, but to make space. Space for others to roll their own dice, take their own chances, and find their own way into tech. I became intentional about mentoring, storytelling, and showing up as my full self.

My breadth is my strength. I’m an engineer, yes—but also a mom, a musician, a writer, a podcaster, a motorbiker, and so many other things. I bring all of me to the table. That mix lets me lead change that sticks, because it’s grounded in empathy and fueled by creativity. I don’t just build systems—I build cultures where people thrive.

Today, I’m proud to be a leader who gives others a stage to build a better future. Not because I followed a perfect path, but because I dared to roll the dice—and kept rolling, until I found where I belonged.
