Franco-Peruvian, I am passionate about putting technology at the service of society. Over the past 15 years, this passion has guided my work across borders, leading high-impact teams and shaping strategic initiatives within the telecom sector.

My academic journey began with an engineering degree in Peru, complemented by a top-ranking graduation from Télécom Paris in France. These foundations fueled my desire to build a career rooted in innovation, collaboration, and societal impact. Managing diverse teams and projects across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas has only reinforced my belief that technology, when harnessed with purpose, can be a powerful force for good.

In a pivotal moment at Orange Wholesale, I took on the mission of leading a transformation driven by AI. The launch of Dinootoo, branded as Live Intelligence, exemplifies this. This conversational AI tool—based on ChatGPT-like models—has revolutionized daily operations by providing quick, relevant answers to gain time.

The response has been truly inspiring: over 3,000 employees worldwide engaged with the tool, generating more than 300,000 requests in just one year. A dedicated group of volunteers, the “EnthusIAsts,” championed its adoption, making AI accessible and practical for everyone.

Fostering a culture of democratized AI and innovation has positioned Orange as a leader among telecommunications companies globally. But beyond the technological milestones, the real reward lies in cultivating a spirit of collaboration—ensuring that no one is left behind on this journey of transformation.

For me, it is driven by a core belief: transformation is not just about projects or policies. It’s about inspiring change within individuals and organizations. It’s about creating an environment where innovation can flourish and every person feels empowered to contribute to a shared vision of progress.

Being recognized with this award would be a profound honor—an affirmation of the collective effort and the ongoing commitment to shaping a more inclusive, innovative future. The journey continues, fueled by passion, purpose, and the conviction that technology, when used with heart, can truly serve society.
