TechWomen4Boards believes that group mentorship is a powerful way to accelerate leadership growth by harnessing the collective knowledge and experiences of peers. In a collaborative environment, participants gain diverse perspectives, learn from real-world challenges, and practice influence and problem-solving together.
The group sessions are held over three Saturdays, each lasting 1.5 hours, scheduled in the morning or afternoon depending on the group’s requirements.
Topics can vary based on the group’s needs, with the most sought-after areas including negotiation, networking, personal growth strategy, personal branding, influencing, and strategy for portfolio boards building.
This shared learning not only builds confidence and resilience but also strengthens networks, fosters lasting professional relationships, and enhances the ability to lead effectively in complex, dynamic environments.
