This programme is designed for global-minded professionals, senior executives, and emerging leaders who are seeking to strengthen their strategic thinking, leadership capability, and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing, innovation-driven world. It is particularly suited to individuals managing complexity, leading diverse teams, driving transformation, or preparing for executive, C-suite, or future board-level roles, and who want practical, real-world insights they can apply immediately in their organisations.

EDGE – Executive Development for Global Effectiveness by TechWomen4Boards

We believe in education. We believe the most impactful learning comes through storytelling and the exchange of lived experiences. With this belief at its core, EDGE was developed to equip senior executives, emerging leaders, and professionals across governance, finance, compliance, and strategy functions with the knowledge, skills, and innovative thinking required to excel in complex, rapidly changing environments.

The programme focuses on developing leadership, influence, negotiation, adaptability, coaching, AI-driven decision-making, strategy, ESG and sustainable growth, personal branding, innovation, governance, and global leadership—all aimed at driving long-term growth, resilience, and stakeholder value. 

The programme is delivered fully online over 6 weeks, with one 2.5–3 hour module per week, alongside allocated time for a capstone project. Certificates will be issued via email or post upon successful completion of the programme and submission/presentation of the capstone project.

TechWomen4Boards has carefully selected instructors for their diverse subject-matter expertise, industry experience, strategic insights, and strong governance, AI, and innovation acumen. Honorary guest speakers will rotate throughout the programme and may occasionally be confirmed at short notice.

Zana is a governance leader, board advisor, and technology executive with over two decades of international experience spanning FTSE 250/500 organisations in finance, legal, managed services, and retail. She holds a Corporate Governance Diploma and has served as President of the Supervisory Board at SGS, Board Director at WIT® Croatia, and Advisory Board Member for the Finance & Fintech Group at the Institute of Directors, London.

As Founder and CEO of TechWomen4Boards, Zana is dedicated to advancing diverse, board-ready leadership pipelines, equipping executives with governance fluency, strategic influence, and cultural transformation skills. She combines her corporate governance expertise with deep experience in digital transformation, cyber resilience, and human capital strategy, enabling organisations to align innovation with ethical leadership and board-level oversight.

Recognised for her governance and advisory contributions, Zana founded and chaired the Women in Tech (WIT®) interest group at European Women on Boards, mentors C-suite executives through Connectd, and actively supports female entrepreneurship as an Angel Investor.

Through her board, governance, and advisory roles, Zana brings a rare combination of strategic governance expertise, technological acumen, and DEI leadership, making her a trusted partner for organisations preparing executives and boards for the future.

Prina Shah

Prina S.

Prina is a leadership and mindset specialist who blends behavioural psychology with real world business experience to help leaders influence, negotiate, and perform at their highest potential.

With a background in M&A and financial advisory, she has worked across multiple industries analysing how leadership, communication, and human behaviour shape business outcomes. 

Her transition from corporate to entrepreneurship was driven by a commitment to change how individuals show up at work, moving from stress driven leadership to emotionally intelligent, values led influence.

Prina is trained in advanced negotiation frameworks, emotional intelligence, and high performance mindset tools. She teaches leaders how to navigate paradoxes, handle conflict with confidence, and communicate with clarity and authority. Her coaching is grounded in neuroscience, the “four rooms of wellbeing,” and practical behavioural techniques that help leaders shift from reactive to strategic decision making.

Today, Prina empowers aspiring board level leaders to build presence, resilience, and influence so they can lead with impact in a complex global environment.

Veronica Hull

Veronica H.

Veronica is an award-winning transformational leader with over 20 years of extensive experience driving impactful change within the airline industry. A member of the TechWomen4Boards board, she leverages her expertise in Aviation & Transformation to guide participants in mastering influential leadership and strategic decision-making for the E.D.G.E. Executive Development program.

Drawing on executive roles at Vueling Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, and British Airways, Veronica brings proven negotiation skills, having defined distribution and payments strategies and negotiated complex commercial agreements. Her expertise in strategy and data is supported by her history of leading large-scale enterprise transformation projects, including digital transformations and cloud migrations. She has established and led PMOs and oversaw commercial strategies. A SAFe 4 Agilist, she also successfully led organizational restructuring during the COVID-19 crisis, demonstrating decisive leadership and strategic execution in high-pressure environments. Veronica currently serves on the ‘Women in Aviation & Aerospace Charter’ board.

Ana C Andres

Ana V.

Ana is a communications engineer and innovation leader with over two decades of experience driving transformation at the intersection of technology and business strategy. Her insights on executive leadership and innovation are grounded in a distinguished career spanning research, entrepreneurship, and cutting-edge technology companies.

Holding a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, a doctorate from Telecom Paris, and an international master’s in E-Learning Management, Ana combines deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial acumen. Her career trajectory includes pioneering research roles at AT&T and Accenture Technology Labs, before founding her own company in 2014 in the gig economy—demonstrating firsthand the challenges and opportunities of building innovative business models.

Currently at Stripe, one of the world’s most innovative financial technology companies, Ana works at the forefront of transforming global commerce and financial infrastructure. A former member of IEEE and ACM, she brings a rigorous, evidence-based approach to discussions of leadership in technology-driven environments. Her unique perspective—spanning corporate research, entrepreneurship, and fintech innovation—provides invaluable insights into fostering innovation cultures, navigating digital transformation, and building effective executive leadership in rapidly evolving technology organizations.

Arouba Z.

Arouba is a startup operator and data-driven leader with nearly a decade of experience building and scaling technology across GovTech, fintech, and early-stage ventures. Her work focuses on turning complex data and operational challenges into scalable, high-impact products.

She began her career at NHSX, where she worked on national data strategy, policy, and digital infrastructure initiatives supporting the modernisation of healthcare delivery. This experience shaped her approach to building mission-led, scalable technology.

Arouba co-founded the NHS Python Community and later served as a Board Advisor, helping guide its growth into one of the UK’s leading practitioner-led tech communities while championing open-source adoption and practical innovation within large organisations.

She has also worked at Bloomberg, developing deep expertise in analytics, data integrity, and operational excellence within one of the world’s most data-intensive environments.

Additionally, she co-founded UGC Planet, a global creator marketplace that operated across 50+ countries, Arouba has led strategy, operations, and early product development. UGC Planet won the People’s Choice Award at The Pitch UK (2024), the UK’s largest pitching competition, and progressed to the National Finals.

She holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship and actively advises startups on operations, scaling, and data infrastructure, alongside her work in AI security and ethical innovation.

Marielle L.

Marielle is a senior HR and talent leader specialising in strategic talent management, leadership development, and organisational resilience.

With over 15 years of experience across Europe and North America, she has partnered with global organisations and scale-ups to design inclusive talent ecosystems, strengthen succession pipelines, and empower leaders to thrive in times of disruption.

Marielle recently worked as a Talent Partner at Zespri International, where she led regional talent strategy, promoted bias-free recruitment, and coached leaders on evidence-based hiring.

Her background includes executive talent acquisition at Eurofins Scientific, leadership development at WIKO Mobile, and corporate recruitment at Spartoo, supporting rapid growth phases. She also worked at Spencer Stuart, helping build diverse, future-ready leadership pipelines.

Marielle holds executive education credentials from MIT (Leading Organizations and Change) and certifications in HR management, mentoring, and inclusive leadership. 

Recognised with awards such as EmpowerHer and TechWomen4Boards, she is recognised for advancing women’s leadership and shaping resilient, inclusive cultures.

Marielle combines governance expertise with coaching and storytelling to inspire confidence across generations. She is passionate about mentoring, resilience, and embedding inclusive practices as a board-level imperative.

She is also a mentor with the Early Warning Mentor Academy, supporting SMEs in distress, and actively invests in startups through platforms such as LITA and Crowdcube.

Noëmi Kaufmann

Noëmi Kaufmann is a sustainability and circularity leader focused on translating ambitious climate goals into practical business action. As a lecturer at TechWomen4Boards ZHAW Zürich, she brings a strong combination of technical depth, commercial acumen, and hands-on change leadership.

With a materials science background and innovation management from ETH Zürich and executive training at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, she has built her career at the intersection of innovation, operations, and strategy. At Bühler Group, she helped shape the company’s circularity program and later led business development for plastics recycling across Southeast Asia, building partnerships and go-to-market traction in complex, fast-growing markets.

Today, Noëmi leads strategic partnerships at Community Climate Solutions, scaling large nature-based solution projects for the voluntary carbon market. She is known for aligning executives and teams, building effective networks, and scaling engagement initiatives that mobilize organizations from leadership to the shop floor. She serves on the board of Climate Fresk Switzerland and advises startups and companies on sustainability strategy and circular business models.
