Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Information Security
Sabika is the Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Information Security at Grant Thornton, bringing over 15 years of cross-industry experience, including her tenure at the United Nations. A dedicated cybersecurity leader and strategist, she has played a pivotal role in transformative security initiatives, shaping resilient and forward-thinking security frameworks.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Sabika is a passionate advocate for diversity in cybersecurity. As the President of Women4Cyber Luxembourg and chapter lead of EWOB, she actively fosters inclusion and representation, driving impactful change across Luxembourg and beyond. Through her leadership, she has championed initiatives that empower professionals, mentor emerging talent, and promote cybersecurity awareness on a global scale.
Sabika holds a Master’s degree in Information Security and Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, equipping her with a strong academic foundation to complement her industry expertise.
Head of Cloud Risk
Anne is the Head of Cloud Risk for EMEA at IBM, where she empowers organisations to innovate securely and resiliently in an era defined by AI, cloud, and emerging technologies. With over 18 years of experience across financial services and technology, Anne combines deep expertise in cyber risk and operational resilience with a leadership style grounded in collaboration, clarity, and influence.
At IBM, she partners with senior executives to accelerate adoption of public cloud and AI while embedding robust cybersecurity and governance frameworks. Her work extends to preparing organisations for disruptive shifts such as quantum computing, ensuring they can adapt their operating models and build resilience against emerging threats.
Anne is co-editor of The AI Book and co-author of The RegTech Book, and is widely respected for creating safe spaces for outcome-driven dialogue on complex industry challenges. She is known for her ability to unite diverse stakeholders, foster trust, and translate technical risk into strategic action. Actively driving momentum on post-quantum readiness, Anne advises boards and leadership teams on strategies to mitigate risk and embrace quantum-safe solutions.
A regular speaker at C-level forums and contributor to industry working groups, Anne brings both technical authority and human insight to the table—helping leaders navigate uncertainty with confidence. Irish by nature and French by design, she has lived in Paris for nearly 30 years, blending cultural perspective with global impact.
Georgios – Board Advisor | AI Strategy Leader
Georgios is a technologist and Board Advisor with over 17 years of experience and a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen. Trusted by senior stakeholders to guide strategic decisions and drive impactful change across organisations. Brings well-rounded experience in artificial intelligence, data and their infrastructure foundations, gained through senior roles at global consulting firms such as Accenture and the Omnicom Group of agencies, software houses, and startups across the UK and EU.
Advises on and builds technical capabilities, articulates their business value, and influences strategic direction. Passionate about shaping and realising an innovative business vision through collaboration and emerging technology, while maintaining clarity through extensive execution experience and a focus on results. His career has been shaped by a combination of transformation delivery, strategy and advisory engagements across most industry sectors. Entrusted to lead the creation and publication of corporate thought leadership content to collaboratively shape marketing strategy.
Georgios holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Imperial College London and has pursued continued education in AI Ethics at the London School of Economics and AI Business Strategy at MIT.
Arouba is a data and operations leader with nearly a decade of experience spanning GovTech, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. Her work sits at the intersection of data strategy, digital transformation, and organisational growth.
Arouba began her journey within private and public healthcare at NHSX, the UK Government’s innovation arm for data and digital health. Here, she contributed to shaping national policy, data frameworks, and initiatives that underpinned the modernisation of healthcare delivery.
She later co-founded and served on the board of the NHS Python Community. Under her leadership, the community became a cornerstone of open-source excellence and digital capability-building, empowering NHS professionals to embrace Python, collaborate, and innovate for public good.
Earlier in her career, Arouba worked at Bloomberg, refining her expertise in financial analytics, data integrity, and operational efficiency within one of the world’s most data-intensive environments.
She has previously led cross-functional teams across operations, strategy, and product development at UGC Planet. She is currently focused on new ventures in AI security, while advising businesses on scaling operations, data infrastructure, and analytics capabilities.
Armed with an MSc in Entrepreneurship, Arouba brings a rare blend of strategic acumen and data-driven creativity to every venture she leads. Recognised as a Global Peace Ambassador, she is deeply committed to ethical innovation and inclusive leadership.
