1. Membership Community
By enrolling, you join the TechWomen4Boards community, a supportive network offering professional development, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
2. Membership Options & Fees
You may choose from the following annual membership plans (see full details at techwomen4boards.co.uk/membership):
- Business Owner Membership – £390 per annum
- Community Membership – £540 per annum
- Executive Membership – £690 per annum
3. Term & Renewal
3.1. Membership is valid for one full year from the date of payment.
3.2. Members are committed to the full 12‑month term, regardless of payment method chosen.
3.3. Payments may be made as a one‑off lump sum or via instalments (as agreed during sign‑up), but all payments must be completed within the first 12 months.
3.4. Members will receive a renewal reminder via email one month before the end of their membership term.
4. Payment & Cancellation
4.1. Payments are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
4.2. Cancellation prior to the end of the 12‑month term does not refund any paid amounts, and the membership remains active until expiry.
4.3. Failure to complete instalment payments means automatic conversion to a lump‑sum payment for the remainder, which becomes payable immediately.
5. Benefits & Rights
5.1. Members are entitled to the perks associated with their chosen plan—including coaching sessions, access to events, Talent Hub privileges, promotional features, and discounts as outlined on our membership page.
5.2. Details of session types, event access, and benefits are subject to availability and may vary by membership level.
6. Member Responsibilities
6.1. You must provide accurate personal and payment information and update us if any details change.
6.2. Abusive or unprofessional conduct that undermines the TechWomen4Boards community may result in membership termination, without refund.
7. Renewal Process
7.1. Renewal notices are sent one month before expiry. If you wish to renew, payment must be completed before your current term ends.
7.2. If no payment is received by the expiry date, your membership will lapse and benefits will cease until reactivated by payment of the annual fee.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Notice, available on our website. By joining, you consent to storage and usage of your data for membership management, communications, and event participation.
9. Modification of Terms
TechWomen4Boards may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify current members of significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Your continued membership constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

- Commit to the full 12‑month membership, under your chosen plan
